We provide users with a complete range of tools that can be configured independently from the personal area to prevent compulsive behaviors or spending beyond their real financial capabilities.
Deposit Limits
The user has the right and the duty to set maximum limits on the sums they intend to deposit into their account on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These limits are applied immediately upon configuration. Any request to reduce a limit takes effect immediately, while requests to increase or remove limits require a mandatory reflection period before being validated by the system.
Spending and Loss Limits
This tool allows you to define the maximum amount of net losses accumulated over a specific period. Once the set threshold is reached, the system automatically inhibits participation in further gaming sessions until the end of the reference period.
Time Limits and Session Notifications
The user can set the maximum duration of a single browsing and gaming session. Once this time limit is exceeded, a pop-up warning will interrupt the session, reminding the user of the time spent on the platform and inviting them to consider a therapeutic break from browsing.
Temporary Suspension or Time-Out
Allows blocking access to the gaming account for a short period, ranging from a minimum of 24 hours up to several weeks. During this break period, it will not be possible to place bets, make deposits, or receive informational or promotional communications.
Time-Limited or Indefinite Self-Exclusion
In cases where a prolonged or permanent detachment from gaming activities is necessary, the user can request self-exclusion from the platform. Time-limited self-exclusion involves an automatic block for a predetermined duration (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days). Indefinite self-exclusion does not have a fixed expiration date and cannot be revoked before a minimum period, as per internal protection policies, has passed, subject to careful evaluation of the profile status by the structure. During self-exclusion, the user can only withdraw funds legitimately existing in their balance.
