General Terms and Conditions of Service

This document establishes the legally binding terms that govern access to and use of the services, games, and features available on the NewGioco platform. By registering, ticking the acceptance box, and opening a gaming account, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these conditions, as well as the related privacy and cookie policies. If the user does not agree with any of the clauses, they must refrain from using the services and browsing the portal.

To open a gaming account and participate in the platform's activities, the user must meet the following binding requirements:

Possess full legal capacity to act and enter into legally binding contracts.

Each user may register and maintain only one active gaming account. The identification of duplicate accounts or accounts attributable to the same natural person will result in the immediate closure of all involved profiles and the cancellation of active gaming sessions.

The user agrees to use the platform exclusively for lawful and recreational purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using collusive practices, fraudulent strategies, or automated software (bots) designed to alter the outcome of games.

Exploiting any technical bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain illicit advantages.

Using the platform for money laundering activities, financing illegal activities, or other unauthorized financial transactions.

Assigning, selling, sharing, or allowing the use of your access credentials to third parties.

Deposits and withdrawals to the gaming account must be made through legitimate payment methods and exclusively in the name of the account holder. Where applicable, transaction fees, minimum and maximum transfer limits, and processing times for financial flows are detailed in the specific cashier sections and may vary depending on the chosen payment channel.

NewGioco conducts in-depth administrative checks before validating withdrawal requests, reserving the right to request additional supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy of financial sources and the ownership of the channels used.

Participation in online gambling activities inherently involves the risk of losing the money invested in bets. The user declares to be fully aware that the outcome of games is determined by random factors or mathematical algorithms compliant with the platform's operating standards.

NewGioco provides no guarantee of winning or positive outcome and cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred by the user during the normal course of entertainment sessions.

The platform's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without express or implied warranties of absolute continuity or absence of technical interruptions. NewGioco shall not be held liable for malfunctions of the user's internet network, hardware failures of the devices used, power outages, or technical delays caused by events of force majeure beyond the company's direct control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the platform's overall liability shall be limited to the sums actually deposited by the user into their gaming balance.

We reserve the undisputed right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the user's gaming account, interrupting access to the services in case of:

Proven violation or well-founded suspicion of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to complete identity verification procedures within the prescribed deadlines.

Offensive, harassing, or threatening behavior directed at customer support staff.

Specific requests received from judicial authorities or supervisory bodies.

These Terms and Conditions are governed, interpreted, and applied in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. For any legal dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, execution, or termination of this contract, the court established by the regulations in force in the Italian territory will have exclusive jurisdiction.
